ETOWAH COUNTY, Ala. (WIAT) — Alabama Governor Robert Bentley is continuing his survey of damage from recent storms.
Bentley stopped in Etowah County Tuesday after the area was hit by a tornado in late April.
The governor took time out to speak with residents who are now beginning to rebuild.
He says this part of the job is both a burden and a pleasure of the office.
Just last week, the county was added to the Federal Disaster Aid list.
