Tuscaloosa City Schools offering free meal program

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WIAT) — Tuscaloosa City Schools is serving free meals this summer. They’ll be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The meals will be served at the city’s seven elementary schools, Monday through Friday. The program runs Thursday, June 5 through June 18.

Children 18 years old and younger are eligible to enjoy the free meals. Parents can sign their children up for the program by calling school  the school system’s child nutrition program coordinator, Carlton Robertson.
