BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Dr. Robert Bentley came out of nowhere to win the governor’s race in 2010. Now four years later he’s running for a second term. In the June primaries, the governor ran away with the vote defeating his two challengers with 90% of the returns.
Governor Bentley now prepares to face his Democratic opponent Dr. Parker Griffith in the November election, but first he sat down with Stephen Hauck on Wake Up Alabama.
Bentley reflects on his first four years in office and what he plans to do for a second term if re-elected.
