TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WIAT) – Investigators still need the public’s help finding a 13-year-old Tuscaloosa girl who has been missing for four days. Destiny Shaetzle was last seen at her home in the North Park neighborhood.
Investigators spent Thursday following up on three possible sightings. Unfortunately, none of them panned out.
The most recent sighting was Wednesday afternoon. A child was seen wearing clothes that matched what Destiny was wearing. The child was seen riding a bike on Rice Mine Road.
The woman who spotted the child saw the girl and pulled ahead of her trying to get a better look at her, but the girl never rode by her again.
Anyone with information pertaining to Destiny’s whereabouts should contact Tuscaloosa police at (205) 349-2121.
