BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) – Anytime Alabama makes it to any bowl game the tickets and travel can come at a premium. But the first year of the College Football Playoff makes it even worse.
One travel agent says everything from hotels to train seats are filling up fast if they aren’t already full.
The travel agents says a one-day air charter out of Birmingham is an option. The prices are said to “pretty reasonable.”
Still, there is another option. Several bus charters are headed from Central Alabama on gameday, most leaving from the Tuscaloosa area.
Starline bus charters is looking to possibly add another bus if they receive enough interest from Alabama fans.
