BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) – On Monday morning, Corey Arrington Jr., the teen accused of killing Domino’s pizza delivery driver, Najeh Masaeid, will have his first day in court. The attorney for Arrington believes that he is not a flight risk.
His attorney has filed a motion requesting that Arrington’s bond be changed from no bond for his capital murder charge, to a bond that is no more than $150,000.
The 18-year-old is accused of killing Masaeid after an attack at The District at The Summit apartments on December 21st. Police believe robbery was the motive.
