Black Lives Matter rally held outside Birmingham Police headquarters

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — In the wake of police shootings in North Charletson, South Carolina and Tulsa, Oklahoma, protestors took to the streets once again, similar to after the deadly shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri last August.

On Tuesday, a Black Lives Matter rally was held in downtown Birmingham. About a dozen protestors gathered in front of the Birmingham Police headquarters. Some people even stood in the middle of the street.

Three people were arrested at the protest.
