SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. (WKRN) – The son of a man accused of raping and murdering a 7-year-old Scottsville girl was arrested Monday night.
Bradley Madden, Timothy Madden’s oldest son, was arrested Monday night in Lafayette on a warrant from Scottsville police. The 20-year-old is charged with making a terroristic threat in the third-degree and intimidating a participant in the legal process.
He was booked in the Macon County jail around 11:30 p.m., and a $2,500 cash bond has been set.
Bond was set at $1 million for his father during a Monday court appearance.
Timothy Madden is charged with kidnapping, rape, sodomy, and murder in connection to the murder of Gabriella “Gabbi” Doolin’s death on Nov. 13.
The 7-year-old was reported missing at 7:40 p.m. and found dead just 25 minutes later at 8:05 p.m. in a small stream of water nearby.
Kentucky State Police believe Madden raped and sodomized Gabbi before strangling her with his hands and drowning her.
Jodi Madden, his wife of 10 years, told News 2 last week, “He would never put his hands on a little girl and molest her.”
