Missing senior alert issued for 75-year-old man last seen wearing tan ‘Jesus Loves Me’ hat

BESSEMER, Ala. (WIAT) — A missing senior alert has been issued for 75-year-old James Morrison, who was reported missing on Jan. 3 to the Bessemer Police Department.

Authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding Morrison. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a tan hat with “Jesus Loves Me” on it and a plaid shirt.

Morrison’s daughter spoke with him while he was at Deer Springs Grocery on Highway 11 in Pelham. He was driving his black 2014 Kia Sedona minivan with Alabama Tag # 4C9F4.

He was last seen near Pelham High School in Pelham, Ala. around 8 p.m. that Sunday.

Morrison is a white male. He is described as 5’9″, 185 lbs with blue eyes and brown hair. He also suffers from dementia and diabetes, and he is not in possession of his medication.

Morrison is still missing as of Jan. 19.
