2 arrested on charges of robbery, kidnapping

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — James William Woolley, a lawyer in Birmingham, was booked into jail on Tuesday for murder, kidnapping in the first degree and robbery in the first degree.

According to court records, all of the above offenses were committed on January 25.

Bond for all charges totals $150,000. He is currently being held in the Jefferson County Jail.

Also booked was 31-year-old Kimberly Murphy with 2 charges: robbery in the first degree and kidnapping in the first degree.

Her bond totals at $100,000.
