Former Cullman County educator, assistant principal accused of criminal trespassing

CULLMAN COUNTY, Ala. (WIAT) — Update: The preliminary hearing was delayed Wednesday. It is reported that the judge in the case recused himself because of a personal conflict.

Original: A former Cullman County educator and an assistant principal are expected in court on Wednesday. There’s a hearing set for Elton Bouldin and Mark Stephens, who are accused of criminal trespassing.

Investigators say they went to a student’s house back in April and remained there without permission.

Bolden recently decided to retire. He was reassigned to be in charge of Cullman City School’s new Virtual School program.
