Mild, Muggy Night in Central Alabama

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — After the latest round of showers and t-storms, we are left with a partly to mostly cloudy sky. Lows will fall to the low and mid 70s by Sunday morning.

Sunday will be a hot day, with fewer showers than Saturday. Look for high temperatures to rise to the mid 90s in the hottest spots, with everyone else staying in the low 90s. A drier, hotter string of weather starts on Monday with highs spiking to the mid 90s for most, while others will bake in upper 90s heat. Little rain will be in the forecast with this heat wave stretching all the way into next weekend.
