(WIAT) — The family of a boy killed in an alligator attack at Disney World will not sue the resort.

Matt and Melissa Graves say they’ll focus on a charitable foundation to honor their son Lane and the “future health of their family” instead.

The two-year-old died after being snatched by an alligator from the shore of the Seven Seas Lagoon at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa last month.
