(WIAT) — Former Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel is apologizing to fans and promising a comeback.

The troubled football star was tagged in a tweet Monday showing video of one of his touchdown runs. Manziel replied saying he’ll do whatever he can to make it right.

The 23-year-old Heisman winner also says he’ll “be back”.

The Browns released Manziel this year after two seasons. He is currently a free agent, but will be suspended for the first four games of the upcoming season for failing a drug test.
