MORRIS, ALA (WIAT)- Saturday family and friends gathered in the Morris area to honor a woman, missing for more than two years. Remains believed to be that of Paula Worcester’s were discovered in a wooded area in Jefferson County earlier in the week.
With balloons with specials messages written on them like “Girl you’re my angel” and “We love you” along with pictures of Paula Worcester’s, family and friends said kind words about her outside her home Saturday night.
“Paula was my world, she was there threw everything,” said close friend Christina White.
“She would just start smiling and would light up the whole room, she loved everyone,” said Worcester’s step daughter Eden Abercombie.
“She loved you, she wouldn’t look down on anybody, and she was an all-around a perfect person,” said Worcester’s step daughter Peyton Poe.
Worcester had two boys, two step children, two sisters, and six grandchildren.
