AUBURN, Ala. (WIAT) — Gus Malzahn, head coach of Auburn Tigers football, addressed the media Wednesday after the team held their first open practice of the season, where presumed starting running back Jovon Robinson was noticeably absent.

During the press conference, Malzahn told the media Jovon Robinson has been dismissed from the Auburn football team because he did not meet the requirements to be a Tiger. Malzahn says QBs will rotate who takes the first snaps each practice, charting and breaking everything down. He says they hope to name a starter soon.
