BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT)- This season every eye in the area is on Jackson-Olin star linebacker Tadarian Moultry. He committed to Auburn three months ago and is now dedicated towards the Mustangs’ season.
Jackson-Olin didn’t have a great year last season, just 3-7, but with leadership from seniors like Moultry, they might win a lot more games. It’s all about the infectious attitude.
“Whenever one of the best players on the team is the most humble, our guys have a chance,” head coach Tim Vakakes said. “He is very humble. I tell him he is 17 going on 70. He’s a very mature, wise guy.”
Jackson-Olin begins the season against Woodlawn on Friday.
