Coosa County searching for escaped inmate and alleged accomplice

ROCKFORD, Ala. (WIAT) — Coosa County Sheriff’s Office is searching for an inmate that escaped from the jail facility in Rockford, Ala. on Monday, according to a press release from the department.

Jon Cameron Vincent, 22, reportedly escaped from a facility at around 5:45 p.m. while working kitchen detail. He was reportedly assisted by Amanda Leigh Casey, who was out on bond on charges of her own.

Vincent was in custody on two charges of Burglary, two of theft of property, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Vincent is a 5’9″ tall white male that weighs approximately 145 pounds. He was wearing a ble shirt and striped pants when he escaped, according to the release.

Casey was out on bond on charges of theft of property and burglary. She is a 5’3″ tall white female that weighs around 105 pounds.

Casey was reportedly driving a red/maroon Nissan Altima with black rims and some body damage to the vehicle.
