BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — We will finally have a little relief and it will be a windows-down kind of an afternoon. Temperatures are hovering in the upper 70s to mid 80s across Central Alabama.
Rest of Tuesday: We’ll see scattered clouds around and temperatures holding in the low 80s until sundown. Temperatures will start to fall through the 70s and end up in low 60s and upper 50s Wednesday morning.
Wednesday: Expect a little bit more sunshine, and temperatures in the mid 80s for afternoon highs. The secondary cold front will move in late Wednesday/early Thursday. This will usher in some cooler and drier air for the end of the work week.
End of the Week into the Weekend: Get ready for a fall feel to the forecast with high temperatures in the 70s to close out the work week. We get morning temperatures in the low 50s and 40s to the north. A bit warmer for the weekend, but still staying near or just below average for temperatures.
