CHELSEA:

Tony Picklesimer unofficially wins the runoff mayoral election over over Dale Neuendorf, 1064-799.

Jim Heigl won the runoff mayoral election 1273 to 966 against Bryan Taunton.

A series of runoff elections throughout the state are scheduled on Tuesday night in order to settle municipal elections that took place a few months ago.

Throughout the state, people are going to the polls in order to decide elections that did not reach the required percentage to declare a victor.

Anniston, Chelsea, Childersburg, Fairfield, Graysville, Hueytown, Jasper, Northport, Sylacauga, and Trussville all hope to have a new mayor by the end of the night when the polls close.
