Report shows PCP in system of unarmed man killed by Tulsa police


(WIAT) — A newly released toxicology report shows Terence Crutcher, the unarmed man shot and killed by Tulsa police, had PCP in his system.

The Oklahoma Chief Medical Examiner’s Office says the drug was in Crutcher’s body at the time of the shooting.

Videos show Crutcher with his arms in the air moments before police opened fire. The incident caused protests across the country.

Officer Betty Shelby who is charged with Felony Manslaughter has plead not guilty. A preliminary hearing date is set for late November.
