CULLMAN COUNTY, Ala. (WIAT) — A former high school principal has been found guilty of 3rd degree trespassing.

The verdict was delivered against Elton Bouldin Thursday afternoon. Back in April, he and a teacher were accused of going to a student’s home without parental consent.

Bouldin was originally sentenced to 10 days of hard labor, but that was dropped. Now, he has to pay a $200 fine, plus court costs.

He will also serve 6 months probation.
