BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — The last presidential debate is tonight. Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton will square off for the last time before the November election. We asked some of our local voters about what issues that hope are brought up during Wednesday night’s debate.

“I would like to see them ask about what they will do for the criminal justice system. That’s the biggest thing. I am a law student. Looking at the criminal justice system and just the reforms that are so necessary with that right now, is just something that we can’t avoid” says Beth Clayton.

Joan Reynolds, who is the chairwoman for the Shelby County Republican Party, weighed in on the sexual assault allegations against Donald Trump.

“I am disappointed that people would think that women are so naïve that they cannot see that more than the sexual inappropriate remarks have to be made to keep women from voting for our nominee. We are smarter than that and we are not getting credit for that” says Reynolds.

The debate airs tonight at 8pm on CBS42.
