BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — The great outdoors and the arts are coming together for a one-of-a-kind art festival right here in the Birmingham area. The 11th Annual Moss Rock Festival is set for November 5th and 6th.
The festival features more than 100 art booths with many inspired by nature. Organizers call the festival an eco-creative weekend that explores Nature, SmartLIVING, Art and Design.
The SmartLIVING Market offers products for your home, body, health, and even technology. There is also an expo highlighting several nature, park, and outdoor spaces. Visitors can also test drive a new Honda or Hyundai at the Eco: Drive.
Fans of outdoor activities aren’t being left out either! There will be live music, guided hikes, rock climbing, and a fly fishing demo and workshop. There will also be a yoga trek.
Food and drink fans will also find something that fits their taste. Several popular food trucks will be at Moss Rock Festival, along with the Beer Garden that features over 30 breweries and beers from all over the state.
The Moss Rock Festival is happening at The Preserve in Hoover. Tickets are $7 for adults, $3 for seniors and students, and kids 15 years old and younger are free. For more information, head to the Moss Rock Festival website here.
