GRAYSVILLE, Ala. (WIAT) — The parched weather in Alabama is getting worse. The city of Graysville is now announcing that it’s moving to a Stage 3 Drought Warning, which means the requests to conserve water are now mandatory.
There will also be surcharges for people who violate the restrictions.
People with irrigation systems will be allowed to water one day per week. People without irrigation systems will be allowed to water using a hose twice a week.
