23rd annual Teddy Bear Drive benefits Big Oak Ranch

TRUSSVILLE, Ala. (WIAT) — Saturday will mark 23 years for the Birmingham HOG Teddy Bear Drive. Each year, hundreds of motorcyclists donate money and take a ride to make a difference in children’s lives through charity.

They will gather at Riders Harley Davidson in Trussville to take a ride to Springville and deliver a donation benefiting Big Oak Ranch, a Christian home for children.

It is free to ride with a monetary donation. Saturday’s event is police escorted.

Registration begins at the Harley Davidson Store in Trussville at 9:00 a.m. and kickstands are up at 1:00 p.m. Door prizes will be available.
