Budweiser Clydesdales arrive in Birmingham for Veteran’s Day Parade

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — You’ve likely seen them on TV if you’ve ever watched any Super Bowl halftime, seeing as how the iconic Budweiser Clydesdales have been around since 1933.

Now, you can see them in person. The Clydesdales arrived in Birmingham Wednesday morning for their upcoming participation in the Veteran’s Day Parade.

They’ll be part of the Birmingham Veteran’s Day Parade; some of over 1,000 participants including vintage military vehicles and aircraft.

You can see the Clydesdales in several places around metro Birmingham until Sunday. They are stabled in the BJCC paved parking area across from Uptown Birmingham, and will be available for public viewing there. That lot is P7 on this BJCC complex map.

Thursday, Nov. 10

  • Uptown 10-7 Show

Friday, Nov. 11

  • Veteran’s Day Parade 1:30 p.m. downtown Birmingham
  • Uptown 5 – 7

Saturday, Nov. 12

  • Uptown 10 – 7 Show

Sunday, Nov. 13

  • 10 – 11 Riverchase Galleria
  • 2 – 5 Uptown
