Birmingham Police searching for missing man suffering from mental illness

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Birmingham Police are searching for a missing man after his mother reported that he was gone on Nov. 10, according to a release from the department.

Crowe’s mother told police that her son suffers from paranoid schizophrenia, and was last seen by his live-in girlfriend at their residence on the 7500 block of 65th Court Way South.

The missing man had an argument with his girlfriend, and left their residence driving his white Mazda. Relatives say that it has been at least six months since Crowe saw a doctor, and it has been a few months since he took his medication.

Crowe was last seen wearing a red Alabama hoodie and blue jeans when he left.
