Louis Vuitton thieves strike Saks Fifth Ave twice; remain at large

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Birmingham police are asking for your help in identifying unknown suspects after two thefts at Saks Fifth Ave.

The first theft happened on Nov. 1.

Around 4:30 p.m. four men entered the Louis Vuitton boutique inside the store. They selected 10 items and ran out of the store, totaling $23,245 worth of merchandise.

The second theft happened around 6:45 p.m. on Nov. 11. Two unknown males entered the boutique and made their way to the back, quickly selecting items without paying attention to size, price or style. They approached the register but ran out of the store without paying. $15,330 worth of merchandise was taken.
