(WIAT) — Sabra Dipping Company is issuing a voluntary recall of some of its hummus and spreads because of possible contamination with listeria.

The FDA says the affected products were made before November 8. Throw away any hummus with a “best before” date through January 23, 2017 on the lid.

Listeriosis can cause serious problems for young children, the elderly and people with weak immune systems.
