BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — A family is still looking for closure trying to find out who killed 24 year old Justin Johnson. Johnson was shot and killed in his car on Avenue F in Ensley in 2012.

The Johnson family says Justin also went by the name of “Polo Man” and would sell clothes out of his car outside the Sunoco.

Police say the motive of the shooting appears to be a robbery.

“He was only on child and I have been forever changed, torn, my heart feels like its been ripped out like my life stopped on that day so I am asking for justice for my child we can no longer speak for himself,” said Johnson’s mother Angeli Johnson-Bogan.
