BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — WWE Superstar, John Cena, hosted this week’s episode of Saturday Night Live. In one of the skits, the 15-time world champion portrayed a college football player trying to pass a science final so he can play in the team’s bowl game. So what school did he play for? None other than the Alabama Crimson Tide.

The skit pokes fun at major universities giving athletes preferential treatment. But it does allow John Cena to explain all 5 versions of the banana. Who doesn’t love a round orange banana after all?

The biggest misstep though is Saturday Night Live thinking Reese Phifer Hall is the science building down in Tuscaloosa. Come on guys, that’s the College of Communications and Information Sciences! Also is Bobby Moynihan supposed to be Nick Saban?
