Monday last day to register to vote in the Alabama U.S. Senate special election

(WIAT) — Today in the last day to register to vote in the special election for the U.S. Senate seat vacated by Jeff Sessions.

In two weeks, Republican candidate Roy Moore will face Democrat Doug Jones in the election that’s garnered national attention.

You can register in person at your local registrar’s office until 5 p.m. Voter registration cards must be postmarked by midnight.

The election will be held on December 12th.
